1. Introduction
This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and processes for the shipment and delivery of products ordered from Sichuan Nairui Leisure Products Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). As a manufacturer and supplier primarily engaged in Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions, our shipping processes are tailored for bulk or commercial orders. This policy is an integral part of our overall Terms of Service.

2. Order Processing & Lead Time

  • Quotation & Confirmation: All orders begin with a formal quotation. A binding production and shipping schedule is established only after written order confirmation and receipt of any required deposit, as specified in your sales contract.

  • Production Lead Time: Standard production lead times vary by product complexity and order volume. An estimated timeline will be provided in your quotation and confirmed upon order placement. This timeline does not include shipping transit time.

  • Order Changes: Changes to an order after production has commenced may result in delays and additional costs.

3. Shipping Methods & Partners

  • Domestic Shipping (Within China): We ship via reputable logistics carriers suitable for large and bulky items, such as dedicated freight trucks or rail transport. The method is chosen based on destination, cost, and product dimensions.

  • International Shipping: For overseas customers, we arrange shipment through experienced international freight forwarders. Goods are typically shipped via sea freight (FCL or LCL) for cost-effectiveness, or by air freight for urgent orders (at a higher cost). The chosen Incoterm (e.g., FOB, CIF, DAP) will be clearly defined in your commercial invoice and sales contract.

  • Carrier Selection: We reserve the right to select the carrier and specific routing we deem most appropriate to fulfill the delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are not included in our standard product prices unless explicitly stated in your written quotation.

  • Quotation Basis: All shipping costs provided are estimates based on destination, shipment weight/volume, and current carrier rates at the time of quotation.

  • Final Cost: Final shipping costs will be confirmed upon order finalization and before shipment departure. Any significant changes will be communicated for approval.

  • Additional Charges: The buyer is responsible for all destination charges, including but not limited to: customs duties, import taxes, harbor fees, local delivery charges from the port of entry, and any carrier-specific surcharges (e.g., fuel surcharges). These are not controlled by us.

5. Delivery & Transit Times

  • Estimated Transit Time: We will provide an estimated transit time upon booking the shipment. This is an estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery date.

  • Factors Beyond Our Control: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: customs clearance procedures, port congestion, weather conditions, carrier schedule changes, inspections, labor disputes, or force majeure events.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with the relevant tracking information (e.g., Bill of Lading number, Air Waybill number) to monitor your shipment's progress.

6. Inspection, Damage, and Loss

  • Immediate Inspection Required: It is the recipient's sole responsibility to inspect all packages immediately upon delivery, before signing the carrier's delivery receipt.

  • Visible Damage: If there is visible damage to the packaging, you must note the damage in writing on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. You should also take photographs of the damaged packaging.

  • Concealed Damage/Loss: If damage is discovered after opening the packaging, or if items are missing, you must notify the carrier and us within 24 hours of delivery by email, providing photographic evidence and a detailed description.

  • Claims: We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier for any damage or loss occurring during transit. Our liability for goods ceases once they have been delivered to the carrier in good condition, as per the agreed Incoterm.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address. Any costs incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, including reshipping fees, return fees, and related handling charges, will be your responsibility.

8. Returns & Refunds Due to Shipping
Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy. Returns are not typically accepted for custom or made-to-order items. Returns due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped) will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with us arranging and covering the cost of return shipping for the incorrect items.
